Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your reset. journal for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. This matches the standard return window offered through Amazon.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original condition (unused, unmarked, and undamaged)
- In its original packaging where possible
Items that have been written in, heavily used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return
Email us at [support@reset-journal.com] with the subject line "Return Request" and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your journal arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a replacement, please follow the return process and place a new order.
