Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We ship within the United States via USPS and other major carriers. Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days (if available at checkout)
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, adverse weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed on the site at the time of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipment confirmation email is sent.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, or if your journal arrives damaged, contact us at [support@reset-journal.com] within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and US military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) via USPS. Delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States. International shipping options may be added in future. Customers outside the US can purchase through Amazon where available.
