2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Products
The reset. journal is a physical product shipped within the United States. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Minor variations in print colour or finish may occur between batches.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.
5. Orders and Fulfilment
Order confirmation is sent by email upon purchase. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped within the timeframes displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be shown on the site at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work to resolve it.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service and is available at reset-journal.com/policies/refund-policy. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including text, images, the reset. name and wordmark, journal design, and the Five Foundations system is the property of Reset. Brands LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
9. User Conduct
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the site
10. Email Communications
By submitting your email address through our waitlist or checkout, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your purchase or enquiry. If you opt in to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

The reset. journal is a behaviour-change tool designed to support consistency in movement, sleep, nutrition, attention, and mindset. It is not a medical device and does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Results depend on individual effort and consistency.
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reset. Brands LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased through it.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
